I love this exercise so much because it’s
takes no time,
you can do it anywhere,
and it seriously works!
You simply stand with your feet about 5 inches apart. Start by slowly lift your heels so you’re standing on your toes. Then slowly lower your heels back to the starting position. Try to count two seconds going up and two seconds going down. I like to do 3 sets of 15-25 reps.
