Edible Cookie Dough That Is to Die for

There is nothing more tempting than licking the sides of the bowl after making chocolate chip cookie dough! But with the risk of eating raw egg, we try to hold ourselves back (that doesn’t always work out well…).  So we created the very best edible cookie dough!

It’s safe to eat, deliciously sweet, and has the perfect cookie consistency!

All you do is whip together 6 tablespoons of softened butter and 1 cup of dark brown sugar. Then stir into the bowl 1/3 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, ¼ cup of sugar, and 1 ¼ cups of flour. Lastly, top it off with 1 ½ cups of mini chocolate chips.


It seriously doesn’t get any better than this!

Total Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 3 cups

Edible Cookie Dough That Is to Die for


  • 6 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 cup dark or light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips


  1. Whip together the softened butter and brown sugar until it its fluffy and combined.
  2. Then pour the milk, vanilla, and sugar into the butter mix and stir until combined.
  3. Next, Slowly stir in the flour mixing until it is combined.
  4. Lastly, fold in the mini chocolate chips.


Eat right away or for colder batter store in the fridge for 1 hour and then eat!


Beware this makes about 3 cups of batter and you’ll want to eat the whole thing!
